2. निजी कम्पनी की परिभाषा कीजिए। निजी कम्पनी तथा सार्वजनिक कम्पनी में अन्तर स्पष्ट कीजिए। निजी कम्पनी को सार्वजनिक कम्पनी में परिवर्तित करने की विधि बताइए।

3. निगमन का प्रमाण-पत्र इस बात का निश्चायक प्रमाण है कि कम्पनी अधिनियम द्वारा निर्धारित कम्पनी के निर्माण सम्बन्धी सभी आवश्यकताएं पूरी कर ली गई है स्पष्ट कीजिए।

4. सीमानियम से आप क्या समझते हैं? स्पष्ट कीजिए। सीमानियम में शामिल विभिन्न खंडों की सूची बनाइए।

5. शेयरों को जब्त करने की विधि की व्याख्या कीजिए। जब्ती का क्या प्रभाव होता है? शेयरों की जब्ती शेयरों के अभ्यर्पण से किस प्रकार भिन्न होती है?
