नोटः इस सत्रीय कार्य में 3 खण्ड है जिसमें दीर्घ मध्यम एंव लघु उत्तरीय प्रश्न है, दीर्घ उत्तरीय प्रश्नों के उत्तर 700 शब्दों में मध्यम उत्तरीय प्रश्नों के उत्तर 400 तथा लघु उत्तरीय प्रश्नों के उत्तर 100 शब्दों से अधिक नहीं होने चाहिए।

दीर्घ उत्तरीय प्रश्नः

निम्नलिखित में से कोई एक प्रश्न हल करें:

1) आयोजन कार्यान्वयन चरण पर विस्तार से चर्चा करें।

2) खानपान और खानपान प्रबंधन की अवधारणा की व्याख्या करें। परिसर में खानपान और परिसर के बाहर खानपान में क्या-क्या शर्तें शामिल हैं?

1) आयोजन योजना के कार्यान्वयन के दौरान आने वाली समस्याओं के प्रकारों और उनसे निपटने के तरीकों के बारे में लिखिए।
