2. बंधुआ मजदूरी को परिभाषित कीजिए। इसकी रोकथाम के लिए उच्चतम न्यायालय द्वारा दिये गए निर्णयों की चर्चा कीजिए।

3. किशोर न्याय (देखभाल एवं सुरक्षा अधिनियम, 2000) के मुख्य प्रावधानों का विश्लेषण कीजिए।

4. शिक्षा का अधिकार क्या हैं। यह अधिकार बच्चों के निः शुल्क एवं अनिवार्य शिक्षा अधिनियम 2009 द्वारा सुनिचित किया गया है?

5. कार्य स्थल में महिला यौन उत्पीडन के निवारण के संबंध में सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के दिशा निर्देशों की चर्चा कीजिए।

6. अनूसुचित जाति एवं जनजाति (अत्याचार निवारण) अधिनियम के अंतर्गत दिये गये प्रमुख अपराधों की चर्चा कीजिए।

7. ऐसे क्षेत्र की पहचान कीजिए जहाँ पुरुषो की तुलना में महिलाओं को नियमित रूप से समान कामकाज के लिए कम मेहनतानं अदा किया जाता है। इस संबंध में उपलब्ध कानूनी सूतक्षा पर प्रकाश डालिए।

8. किशोर न्याय (बच्चों की देखभाल तथा संरक्षण) अधिनियम, 2000 के अंतर्गत बाल कल्याण समिति (चाइल्ड वेलफेयर कमेटी) की भूमिका की चर्चा कीजिए।

9. निः शूल्क एवं अनिवार्य शिक्षा प्राप्ति के संबंध में बाल अधिकारों की मुख्य विशेषता की चर्चा कीजिए।

10. महिला श्रमिकों के अधिकारों का वर्णन कीजिए।
