1. Write a news report on the inauguration of a solar energy park in your city using the inverted pyramid style. Include the lead and the headline. 

2. Select a unique profession (e.g., wildlife photographer, forensic scientist, etc.) and write a news article as if you shadowed a professional in that role. Highlight their daily tasks, challenges, and motivations. 

3. Open a news website of your choice, select five investigative news articles, and identify the sources cited. Analyse whether these sources were adequate and suggest other sources that could have enhanced the reporting. 

4. Answer any two of the following questions:

A. Write a news story based entirely on a trending social issue using user-generated content (e.g., tweets, Reddit posts, Facebook comments). Ensure diversity in perspectives and maintain neutrality.

1. Select one news story from a newspaper or news app that you read today. Mention the name of the paper/app, date and headline. Critically analyze its writing style and rewrite it in your own words for better clarity.

2. Go to a nearby hospital or police station and get facts of an accident reported in the area. Develop a news report based on facts.

3. Take two real images from any social media platform and describe one as an example of responsible and ethical journalism while the other as a violation of ethical standards. Critically evaluate both images by explaining why one follows journalistic ethics and why the other fails to do so.

4. Take a news article (250-300 words) on the same subject and format from two different newspapers.

Compare them on the following parameters:

c) Clarity and structure

d) Fact-checking

e) Ethical responsibility
