                                                                        भाग क

1. भारत में स्वास्थ्य देखभाल के स्तर एंव शहरी स्वास्थ्य वितरण प्रणाली का वर्णन कीजिए।

2. निम्नलिखित खाद्य अनुपूरक कार्यक्रमों के लाभार्थी तथा प्रदान किए जाने वाले पूरक आहार का वर्णण करें।

(क) आईसीडी एस

(ख) मध्याहम पोषण कार्यक्रम मिड-डे-मील

3. निम्नलिखित बाल्यावस्था रोगों / विसंगतियों में से किन्हीं दो के लक्षण, कारण तथा उपचार के बारे में संक्षेप में लिखिए।

(क) अल्प निर्जलीकरण

(ख) क्रटिनिस्म

(ग) ज़ीरोप्थैलमिया

(घ) एनीमिया

4. निम्नलिखित प्रत्येक के प्रमुख स्रोतों और कार्यों की सूचि बनाएं।

(क) जल

(ख) रेशा

(ग) कैल्सियम

(घ) विटामिन के

5. 2 साल के बच्चे के लिए एक संतुलित दिन का मेनू सुझाएं, जिसमें बताया जाए कि बच्चा नाश्ता, मध्य सुबहरू दोपह का भोजन, मध्य दोपहर और रात के खाने में क्या खाएगा। यह भी बताएं कि दिन में अलग-अलग समय पर मेनू में उल्लिखित प्रत्येक खाद्य पदार्थ से बच्चे को कौन सा पोषक तत्व मिलेगा।

6. बताएं कि विकास की निगरानी के लिए वृद्धि चार्ट का उपयोग कैसे करें।

7. 'पोषण स्तर' का अर्थ समझाइए । कुपोषण और संक्रमण के अंतःसंबंध को समझाइए।

भाग (ख)

इस भाग में आपको इस पाठ्यक्रम, अर्थात् डीईसीई-2 की प्रयोगात्मक कार्यों की नियमावली में दिए गए हैं।

अभ्यास संख्या 2 या 3 में से कोई एक अभ्यास करना है।

तथापि इन दोनों अभ्यासों को करना आपके लिए उपयोगी होगा। इसके पष्चात् आपको जो अभ्यास सबसे अच्छा लगे, उसे इस सत्रीय कार्य के उत्तरों के साथ संलग्न कर, मूल्यांकन के लिए परामर्षदाता को भेजें।

इन अभ्यासों के ब्यौरे प्रयोगात्मक कार्यों की नियमावली में वर्णित हैं। प्रत्येक अभ्यास के लिए निर्धारित मार्गदर्षी निर्देषों को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ें और उसी के अनुसार अभ्यास करें। प्रत्येक अभ्यास के विभिन्न घटकों के लिए निर्धारित अंक नियमावली में ही दिए गए हैं। यदि किसी अभ्यास के अंक 20 से अधिक है तो परामर्शदाता पूरे अभ्यास को पढ़ने के बाद अंकों को 20 में से परिवर्तित कर देगी।

इस भाग में आपको इस पाठ्यक्रम, अर्थात् डीईसीई-2 की प्रयोगात्मक कार्यों की नियमावली में दिए गए हैं। अभ्यास संख्या 5, 6 या 7 में से कोई एक अभ्यास करना है।

SECTION A
 Answer all questions of Section A 60 marks
1. Explain how the concept of health has changed over the years and describe its various
dimensions. 
2. List the major sources and functions of any two vitamins and two minerals.
 3. Suggest a balanced day’s menu for a 3 year old child, stating what the child will eat at breakfast,
mid morning, lunch, mid-afternoon and dinner. Also state what nutrient the toddler will get from
each food item mentioned in the menu at different times in the day.

4. Write about the immediate care of a newborn and minor disorders.

5. Explain how to use mid upper arm circumference for growth monitoring
 (500 words each; 5 marks).
6. Write about any one food supplementation programme (400 words; 4 marks)
7. Write about the symptoms, causes and treatment of any two of the following:
 a. Scabies
b. Earache 

 

SECTION B
20 Marks
In this Section you have to do either Exercise 2 or Exercise 3 given in the Practical Manual of this
Course, i.e. DECE-2.
It would be useful for you to do both these Practical Exercises. You can then choose the exercise which
you feel you have done the best and submit it for evaluation.
The details of these exercises have been described in the Practical Manual. Read each exercise carefully
and do the exercise as indicated. The marks for the various components of each exercise have been
mentioned in the Manual itself. Incase the total marks for an Exercise are more than 20 in the practical
manual, the evaluator will grade the exercise and convert the total marks from 20.
SECTION C
20 Marks
In this Section you are required to do any one Exercise out of Exercise 5, 6 or 7 given in the
Practical Manual of this Course, i.e. DECE-2.
It would be useful for you to do both these practical exercises. You can then choose the exercise which
you feel you have done the best and submit it for evaluation.
The details of these exercises have been described in the Practical Manual. Read each exercise carefully
