2. Write down five messages to promote road safety. Also elaborate factors which lead to traffic accidents. (Refer to DNHE-2, Vol 1, Unit 7)

3. Visit your nearby community and select 5 people suffering from hypertension. Record their name, age, gender, symptoms and diet. Also record frequency of consumption of sodium rich

foods. (Refer to DNHE 2, Vol 1, Unit 9)

4. Visit nearby Government Primary School and select any 10 beneficiaries of Mid Day Meal Programme. Record supplementary food given to each beneficiary for a week. Also record their view and likes dislikes for the same.

1. Visit your neighbourhood and select five people suffering from diabetes. Record their name, age, gender, symptoms and daily diet. Also record frequency of consumption of sweet foods. Submit your responses in tabular form. (Refer to DNHE 2, Vol 1, Unit 9)

2. Conduct a survey in your locality to find out about practices adopted to control diarrhoea (for preschoolers) at home. Record the views of five

respondents and submit it with the assignment. Also, educate the respondents about ORS and how it can be made at home. Enlist the points you would advocate as part of educating the target groups about ORS (Refer to DNHE 2, Vol 1, Unit 11)

3. Visit nearby anganwadi and select ten beneficiaries availing the Immunisation facility. Record name, age, gender and vaccination given to each beneficiary. Also prepare the Indian National Immunisation Schedule. Note the vaccinations missed by the beneficiary. (DNHE 2, Vol 2, Unit 22)

4. Write down five messages to promote safety of elderly at home. Also elaborate on things normally used at home that have a potential for accidents. (Refer to DNHE-2, Vol 1, Unit 7)

खंड ख- प्रयोगात्मक अभ्यास (एक्यू)

1. अपने आस-पास के समुदाय से किन्हीं पाँच लोगों का चयन करें। उन्हें पैम्फलेट / पोस्टर द्वारा घरेलू वर्षा जल संचयन तकनीकों के बारे में शिक्षित करें। उनकी प्रतिक्रिया रिकॉर्ड करें और इसे असाइनमेंट के साथ जमा करें। (डीएनएचई-2. भाग-1. इकाई 5 देखें)

2. सड़क सुरक्षा को बढ़ावा देने के लिए पांच संदेश लिखें। साथ ही उन कारकों को विस्तार से बताइए जो यातायात दुर्घटनाओं का कारण बनते हैं। (डीएनएचई-2 भाग। इकाई 7 देखें) 

3. अपने आस-पास के समुदाय का दौरा करें और उच्च रक्तचाप से पीड़ित 5 लोगों का चयन करें। उनका नाम, आयु, लिंग, लक्षण और आहार रिकॉर्ड करें। सोडियम युक्त खाद्य पदार्थों का खाने की आवृत्ति भी रिकॉर्ड करें। (डीएनएचई 2. भाग 1. इकाई 9 देखें)

4. पास के सरकारी प्राथमिक विद्यालय का दौरा करें और मिड डे मील कार्यक्रम के किन्हीं 10 लाभार्थियों का चयन करें। प्रत्येक लाभार्थी को एक सप्ताह के लिए दिया गया पूरक भोजन रिकॉर्ड करें। इसके लिए उनके विचार और पसंद नापसंद को भी रिकॉर्ड करें।

बी) भारत में परिवार नियोजन कार्यक्रम के विकास पर संक्षेप में चर्चा कीजिए।

2) क) संक्रमण के प्रत्यक्ष एवं अप्रत्यक्ष संचरण की विधियों पर उपयुक्त उदाहरणों सहित संक्षेप में चर्चा कीजिए।

बी) ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में सुरक्षित जल आपूर्ति और अपशिष्ट के निपटान के लिए अपनाई गई विधियों को सूचीबद्ध कीजिए।

8) क) प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य देखभाल क्या है? इसके अनिवार्य घटकों को सूचीबद्ध कीजिए।

10) क) मातृ-शिशु स्वास्थ्य और उनके पोषणात्मक स्तर के विकास हेतु किसी एक कार्यक्रम के लाभार्थियों, उद्देश्यों एवं गतिविधियों पर संक्षेप में चर्चा कीजिए।

ख) भारत में ग्रामीण निर्धनों के लिए गरीबी उन्मूलन कार्यक्रमों की सूची बनाइए।

भाग ख- प्रयोगात्मक अभ्यास

1) अपने पड़ोस में जाकर मधुमेह से पीड़ित पाँच व्यक्यिों का चयन कीजिए। उनके नाम, आयु, लिंग, लक्षण एवं दैनिक आहार को रकॉर्ड। मीठे खाद्य पदार्थों के सेवन की आवृत्ति भी लिखिए। उत्तर सारणीबद्ध रूप में प्रस्तुत कीजिए। (देखे डी एन एच ई 2, खण्ड 1, इकाई 9)

2) अपने क्षेत्र में एक सर्वेक्षण कर यह जानिए कि घर पर (प्री स्कूल बच्चों के लिए) दस्त को नियंत्रित करने हेतु कौन-सी विधियाँ अपनाई जाती हैं। पाँच उत्तरदाताओं के विचार दर्ज कीजिए। साथ ही उन्हें ओ आर एस (ऑर्स) के बारे में शिक्षित कीजिए तथा घर पर ओ आर एस बनाने की विधि बताइए। ओ आर एस के बारे में लक्षित समूह को शिक्षित करने के लिए आप किन बातों को बताऐय उनकी सूची बनाइए। (देखे डी एन एच ई 2. खण्ड 1, इकाई 11)

3) नजदीकी आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र में जाकर टीकाकरण सुविधा प्राप्त कर रहे दस लाभार्थियों का चयन कीजिए। प्रत्येक का नाम, आयु, लिंग एवं दिया गया टीका दर्ज कीजिए। भारतीय राष्ट्रीय टीकाकरण अनुसूची तैौर कीजिए तथा लाभार्थियों से छूटे हुए टीकों का लिखिए। (देखे डी एन एच ई 2, खण्ड 2, इकाई 22) 

4) बुजुर्गों की घरेलू सुरक्षा को बढ़ावा देने हुतु पाँच संदेश लिखिए। साथ ही घर में सामान्यत: उपयोग होने वाली उन वस्तुओं पर चर्चा कीजिए जिनसे दुर्घटना की संभावना होती है। (देखे डी एन एच ई 2, खण्ड 1, इकाई 7)
