SECTION A

3. Analyse the nature of agrarian taxation under the Mauryas.

4. Analyse the significance of Agrahara and Brahmadeya in the expansion of agriculture in South India. 

5. Write short notes on any two of the following. Answer in about 250 words each.

i) Trade and Feudalism Debate

ii) Organisation of Craft production in early India

iii) Long distance maritime trade in early India

iv) Economy of Satavahana Empire

6. Examine the role of loans and its impact during medieval period in India.

7. Discuss trading practices everyday forms of peasant resistance during the medieval period. 

8. Critically analyse the impact of colonial interventions on tribal economies of Indian subcontinent.

9. Write a note on the Deindustrialization of Indian economy during Colonial Period.

10. Write short notes on any two of the following. Answer in about 250 words each.

1. भारत में औपनिवेशिक काल के दौरान अर्थव्यवस्था का अध्ययन करने के प्रमुख प्रवृत्तियों पर चर्चा कीजिए।

2. भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था में वर्षा के पैटर्न का मानचित्र बनाएं। वर्षा का पैटर्न किस तरह से कृषि उत्पादन को प्रभावित करता है?

3. मौर्यों के अधीन कृषि कराधान की प्रकृति का विश्लेषण कीजिए।

4. दक्षिण भारत में कृषि के विस्तार में अग्रहार और ब्रह्मदेय के महत्व का विश्लेषण कीजिए। 

5. निम्नलिखित में से किन्हीं दो पर लगभग 250 शब्दों में संक्षिप्त टिप्पणियाँ लिखिएः 

(i) व्यापार और सामंतवाद बहस

(ii) प्रारंभिक भारत में शिल्प उत्पादन का संगठन

6. भारत में मध्यकाल के दौरान ऋण की भूमिका और उसके प्रभाव का परीक्षण कीजिए।

7. मध्यकालीन काल के दौरान व्यापारिक प्रथाओं और किसान प्रतिरोध के रोजमर्रा के रूपों पर चर्चा कीजिए।

8. भारतीय उपमहाद्वीप की जनजातीय अर्थव्यवस्थाओं पर औपनिवेशिक हस्तक्षेप के प्रभाव का आलोचनात्मक विश्लेषण कीजिए। 

9. औपनिवेशिक काल के दौरान भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था के विऔद्योगीकरण पर एक नोट लिखिए।
