5) भ्रष्टाचार को कम करने के लिए संस्थागत व्यवस्थाओं तथा कार्यनीतियों का विश्लेषण कीजिए।

6) नीति कार्यान्वयन में नौकरशाही की भूमिका की चर्चा कीजिए।

7) भारतीय राज्य के संरचनात्मक तथा क्रियात्मक विकास पर एक टिप्पणी लिखिये। 

8) संघर्ष समाधान के स्वरूप सूक्ष्म तथा व्यापक स्तर पर भिन्न होता है। टिप्पणी कीजिए।
