3. Explain in detail the concept of ethno-development and its relevance in India's developmental strategy.

4. How have Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) contributed to the growth of employment opportunities in rural areas?

5. How has globalisation affected the traditional knowledge and practices of local communities? Do you think globalisation is helping or harming them? Explain.

6. What do you understand by the concept of modernisation? Do you think modernisation helps in improving society? Give reasons.

7. Why is it important to include women in all stages of development planning and decision-making?

8. What do you understand by human development"? How does it differ from economic development?

9. Do you agree that overpopulation is the main cause of poverty in developing countries? Justify your answer with examples.

10. Discuss the role of civil society for the empowerment of the marginalized sections of the society.

2. भारत में बड़े बांधों के निर्माण से उत्पन्न मुख्य समस्याएं क्या हैं? क्या आप मानते हैं कि बड़े बांधों का निर्माण एक अच्छा विचार है? तर्क सहित उत्तर दीजिए।

3. जातीय-विकास (Ethno-development) की अवधारणा को विस्तार से समझाइए तथा भारत की विकासात्मक रणनीति में इसकी प्रासंगिकता पर चर्चा कीजिए।

4. सूचना और संचार प्रौद्योगिकियों (ICTs) ने ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में रोजगार के अवसरों की वृद्धि में किस प्रकार योगदान दिया है? स्पष्ट कीजिए।

5. वैश्वीकरण ने स्थानीय समुदायों के पारंपरिक ज्ञान और प्रथाओं को किस प्रकार प्रभावित किया है? क्या आप मानते हैं कि वैश्वीकरण उनके लिए लाभकारी है या हानिकारक? तर्क सहित उत्तर दीजिए।
